(its fat and its needed)

breakfast:
luna 4/19
coffee

lunch:
veggies mixed in with 6/25
ratatouille, turkey meat and
pasta

orange 1/26

exercise: 35 min elliptical, 15 min sm, 10 row

water: si, si hopefully 80 oz.

is anyone going to change their workout routine this summer?

I'm thinking of taking golf and tennis lessons through the university.
