On induction, you can have max 20 net carbs per day. So those recipes are all technically okay, but I would not have the last 2 (with the Atkins bread) during induction. For me, one serving of any of those things would probably not fill me up, and having 2 servings would be too much (I try to spread my carbs out: 4 for breakfast, 4 for lunch, 4 for dinner and the rest for snacks). During induction, for maximum results, I would stick to the allowed foods list.

I've found the Atkins website and the Atkins book to be different. The book limits what you can have on induction. And that's to break your addiction to carbs. Whereas you really don't learn to stay away from them if you use the online site for directions. But it's a personal choice

I have a stupid lady who offers me friggin fruit every day! We have gone around and around about this for six weeks now! The next time she offers me a peice of fruit, you will probably hear on CNN about a crazed woman in Houston who shoved fruit up a co-workers ***!

haha!
He offered it again yesterday afternoon, and then at the top of his lungs he bellowed "oh that's right, you're on that stupid low-carb diet!" I nearly died of embarrassment. I felt like busting his little pin head. *breathe, calm, breathe*

What a jerk.

Ooh...small minded twits. Tell him he'll rot in carb **** I've been explaining to the wicked witch boss what Atkins is all about. She's like "but do you exercise". I told her I was one of the lucky few who dropped the pounds so far w/out exercising but that I'm slowly adding it in (just to burn her butt!) Before you know it, SHE'LL be joining Atkins (but NOT this website PLEASE God!!!)
