Ok, I know, I know....we need another challenge like getting shot in the head!
BUT.............we are going to do one anyway
I find I do better when I start a challenge so here goes. I set my goal date as Memorial Day and just noticed on the calendar that I will not make it. I am not going to kid myself into thinking I can either but I would like to be as close as possible and maybe this challenge will keep me focused.
I will probably not make the 11 pounds down that I need so I am going to go for a goal of 150 by Memorial Day. That gives me 6 weeks to do it. I usually only lose 1 a week but maybe the scale will surprise me if I behave myself.
