weekly goals 3/ 29 -4/4th !!!
my weekly goal for this week is:
1.Drink at least 3 liter of h20 daily
2 go to the gym 4 times this week
3. stay OP all week long!
4.Get at least 1 household thing done: garden at least 1 day this week
I encourage you all to do the weekly goal it really helped me last week!!!
