One of the benefits/side effects of being in ketosis is loss of appetite. You will see that there are days when you need to remind yourself to eat - but you must eat - this is very important.
do you use fitday? You might want to get a free account (
www.fitday.com) to log in your eating to ensure you are getting enuf carbs and calories and that your ratios are okay (65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs).
