well i was doing great on the sbd, but once the holidays rolled around i sort of threw caution & good eating habits into the wind & fell off the beach ...well after much contemplation & sick of feeling crappy, "I'm Back!"
i remember how bad i felt for the 1st few days, but i also remember how great i felt by day 5, so i am ready!

I just found my way back to the beach last week. It has been good but challenging, this weekend I have been PMSing big time. But I know it will pass and if I stick to it the weight will go away.
