Arrow Hello...Anyone for a Cup of Tea

Hi Everybody!

I'm new to 3fatchicks and wanted to introduce myself on the 30s forum. MY motto is sensible eating (which I didn't do before and sometimes still don't), exercise and water, water, water. I also drink a lot of hot tea---I drank a lot of it when I was younger and thinner PLUS my sister has never gained any weight and she drinks tea like gangbusters. I don't know...anybody got an opinion?

Please take time to intorduce yourselves.

Hi Fat Hen,
I was scrolling down and saw your post. I think your strategy is great, its what Im doing...sort of. Ive never had hot tea, might have to try it.
Im 22, married 2 years, and have a 10 month old daughter, Abby. Im at least 85 lbs overweight, but Ive gone don 12 in a month. Ive lost 11 1/2 inches, but oddly enough, no sizes yet

Hi Fat Hen, welcome to 30-Somethings!

I think eating sensibly is a great idea, we all should! Unfortunately, speaking for myself, I don't stick to it like I should.

As for the tea, I don't know, I really think the key is eating sensibly and exercising.
