Default Weekly Weighin March 15th

Good morning everyone (looooove this smiley!)

Yes, it is that time once again ...the weekly weigh in!

This morning the scale told me that I lost another 1lb but we shall see when I go to my WW meeting tonight

I tried to eat well on the weekend and did exercise a bit so I am hoping that I have lost or at least maintain - I am so close to my 10% goal I can taste it - no pun intended

Well, I lost a half pound last week. It broke my six week streak of losing a pound a week, but I'm not upset, I still lost! I know that I slacked on my exercise, but I kept my eating in check. This week I have Spring Break, so I have plenty of time to keep up my exercise.

Down a half - 179.5. But I had been back up to 180 last week after being down to almost 176ish. Down I go again.

Well, I'm happy to say I went down one and I thought I had gone up.

However, I'm still 1 lb away from my lowest since I joined WW. I really have to stop farting around and get re-motivated. But I have been stress-eating for the last month or so. Luckily our meeting was yesterday was about substituting one behaviour for another and was to get back on track.

Must....be.....strong.....

It is a little difficult to judge, but I think I have lost 3 lbs.

I had to buy a new scale in the middle of my first two weeks! And, it weighed me three pounds heavier than the old one. However, those three pounds are off now so it looks like I am losing.

I stayed the same at 160 lbs but I am glad I maintained instead of gaining!

Hey Mauv - in my book maintaining is as good as going down. As long as I don't go up I am happy.

SoCal - it's confusing isn't it. Glad you've got it all worked out.

Hi!

I was posting with you all back in November. Took a break due to school and other busy stuff. But, with some trepidation, I stepped on the scale yesterday after 5 months... and found I've lost 3 1/2 pounds since I was active here.

Good to see you all again! Yay, weekly weigh-ins. Accountability and all.
