Has anyone done WW online? I can't make it to the meetings very regularly so I was hoping this would be a good alternative.

I know a lady who does it and lost. . .but on the other hand shes kindof obsessive and she's lost past where its healthy for her to be (she looks like skeletor) On the other hand, you are a sensible little vixen so I don't think you'd let it get so crazy and go anorexic on us can you try it for a month?

I have been doing the online version now for 3 wks and I have lost weight (8 lbs). I could not make the meetings and this is just perfect! I log in, write in what I have eaten, exercise and snacks. You are able to access tons of yummy recipes and gain support from others. I really like it!
I forgot to mention that you can try it for one week for free before you sign up for 3 months.

If you are self motivated I think it works great. I have done WW over 3 years now. When I stop the meetings I go right back to my old ways. I like the accountabilty. I think whatever works for each person is great!

I'm doing it online as well. I'm perfectly happy getting the support I need from you guys and other forums I go to. I've done nothing but lose this past month. To be honest, I'm not one to talk in a big group of people, in person, only if I know them.
