Default Coffee Creamer

Just started SBD today. I am confused over the best choice for coffee creamer. What's wrong with a little cream? It is zero carbs. I realize that it is saturated fat, but if it is the ONLY sat fat item I am having I am willing to do that so long as it doesn't affect my weight loss.

Any thoughts?

Honestly, I don't see the problem with it. Saturated fat is a no-no on SBD because Dr A is a cardiologist. If it stalled weight loss people on Atkins wouldn't lose any weight!

International Foods has French Vanilla liquid "low carb" creamer now. It's made with Splenda and I think it has 3 carbs for 2 Tablespoons.

My flavored creamer was the one item I couldn't give up. This is better at least than the full carb version.

Hey! I continue to use the creamers. I've tried the new one Pegesus is talking about and I can't tell the difference. It taste great to me. The french vanilla is the only flavor we have around here in th low carb version for now. It hasn't effected my WL by having it in my coffee
