I'm doing fine. Weight loss is great, I think it's now 78 lbs! in 3-1/2 months. The execercise, is still not as I would like. Unless you count running after a 4 year old and working full time. I do walk some days alot at work. I wear a pedometer, and I log close to 8,000 steps by the end of my work day. Lots of hallways to walk!
Looking forward to the spring weather, so I can ride a bike with him in the neighborhood.
Thanks for asking! What a great moderator you are! I get bogged down with work, and a elderly mother, and the grandchild. I have to put me first, but that is very hard to do. I read your excercise notes, and get tired just from reading them. I can't imagine walking 3 miles before going to work. How do you do it? Do you get up at 3 or 4 in the morning?
