Default Quiche Cups

I would like to try these, but have one question. I know that it calls for egg substitute in the recipe, but have any of you used just regular eggs? I don't have any of the substitute on hand at the moment... I forgot to buy some!

Thanks!

Oh Yeah I've used reg eggs many times making these. I love them! I make canadian bacon, cheese, and mushroom ones for breakfast, and broccoli cheese ones for lunch!
1/4 c of egg sub=1 egg

Thanks, Jennie!

I am going to make some of these tomorrow when I get home from work. They sound like a great "grab and go" breakfast. Mornings are so rough getting my three kids ready and out the door on time for school and myself to work as well.

Thanks again!

They're great for the quickie breakfast. The only kid I have is a dog, and it's rough enough for me getting out the door, I can't even imagine 3 kids!!!

I just made these for the first time this weekend, using real eggs and they were really good. I used the spinach/vegetable recipe.

One question though, they don't rise and get too fluffy. Are they supposed to be that dense?
