It might be your eating to many calories ? watch those sugar alcohols in those shakes and packaged foods, they can really rob you of weight loss. Are you drinking enough water ? Dont give up, its a learning process. I gained my 3 weeks and couldn't figure out why, then I realized in fitday I was eating 2400 calories DUH !!! who knew.
