I started Phase 2 today, and I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck starting at this point in the diet instead of at Phase 1. My main goals are losing about 10 pounds, diminishing my cravings, and eating more healthfully overall.
I'm actually planning to switch to Phase 1 in two weeks, but right now at the end of my varsity swim season I just don't want to mess with my eating habits too much (except of course to stop eating so much white flour and empty carbs). I know that Dr. Agatston mentions that people who only have a little weight to lose or are heavily exercising can start with Phase 2, but I'd really like to hear the experiences of people who've actually done this. I'll post today's menu later today once I'm done eating and hopefully someone can evaluate it for me. Thanks for your input!
