Just thought I would start this week's weigh in thread

I think I have lost some over the last week but won't know for sure until official weigh in tonight at ww - I will post my results when I get home.

Six and a hald more pounds and I will have re-lost all of the weight that I had managed to regain.

I lost 2 lbs for a total of 4 lbs lost for the summer challenge

back down to 185 this am. and this is the absolute last time i lose those 3 pounds. i think the recent gain might have had something to do with water weight though, is that time o' month again, and i ate too much bad foods last week..

182!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yeah. almost out of the 80's .. been so busy past 3-4 days i hadn't jumped on scale. glad cause today made my day..
