Day 4 -The Great Tiki 7 Day Clean Eats Challenge!
Hello gang!!
Food today is not super clean, but ok.... I almost had a fall a few minutes ago but picked myself up and according to fitday.com, I probably can up my protein a bit to compensate for too many carbs at the moment... I'll report more later...
Next?!

Still on track today, despite an anniversary luncheon for a 20-year employee (not me!) which included twice baked potatoes and many desserts. I stuck to the beef and veggies, and only 1/3 of a potato with my water. And, of couse, as goes w/o saying, no dessert! Hurray for me!

So far, so good for me. Glad I packed that shannycake to go with lunch. I'm low on water but since I am out of Kool-aid at home, I will drink water there to make up for it.

I blew it big time. Nah, you don't get the details, cause when I read other people's cheats, them I start craving them. It was a bad day. Anger eating.

LOL Mel - I was just telling a friend today that this LWL group should stop sharing details about our bad eats - because just as you said, we tend to spark those cravings in each other when they read about it! Ok, I vow not to share details anymore either!

Just back from late cardio and arms. Eating chili over green beans -- really a pretty good combo. Good day here.

Had a really good clean day yesterday. Went to the gym in the evening, came home and realized why I don't Like to go to the gym in the evening - I was ravenous, and had no meal 6 planned. Panic! So I had a FF yogurt and went to bed. My carb count for the day could handle it, but not the calories. Oh well, you win a few, you lose a few.

Finished off the day clean. Last night was hard. The kids had turkey franks and turkey chili. I did pilfer about .5 tablespoon of the chili (i'm human) but then left it alone. I had tuna salad instead with a slice of whole grain bread. Since I didn't get my cardio in, I probably should have skipped the bread. But, overall, my day was on point.
Peace. Tiki
