Here's some info on storing Tortilla's

Hello Eileen,

Thank you for your e-mail. Yes, our tortillas can be frozen. They are good for up to 6 months in the freezer, 60-90 days in the refrigerator, and 30-45 days at room temperature. If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns please e-mail us again!

Sincerely,
Lorragene Sager

I think I'm going to have them at least once a week. I'm still on induction but I like Star's suggestion on being different levels for that. For the most part I'm going to try and do strict induction. But for a few days here and there I'll have a "lenient" induction day. Those definitely looked like a "lenient" induction day material Thanks for the info

I ordered some in January, they arrived in February and then I got a note from them saying they weren't going to ship to homes anymore ??? the demand was to big. Hopefully they will change that soon. I've heard that another big company wants to buy them out.. OY there goes the prices again. lol.
