I just finished my first week on phase 2. Got on the scale this morning and discovered I had only lost 1.25 pounds this week. How depressing. I really was looking for something closer to 3 lbs. Of course I could tell myself it is because I am picking up muscles due to the fact that I've been walking 2 miles most days, but my clothes don't seem any looser than they did a week ago. I know.... slow and steady wins the race, but I'd like to poke that little tortoise into moving at a little faster pace.
