I am in phase 1 and I have pretty much no problem sticking with the "allowed" foods. Let's say I finish phase one and complete 3 weeks of phase two. In the beginning of every new month do you think it would be okay to go back to phase one for say 4-7 days and then do phase two for the rest of month. Just wanted other people's thoughts on this and/or whether anyone has tried it already. Thanks.
Jennie, I go back to Phase 1 for a while whenever I see a need for it. I've been "on the beach" since late August and whenever I am a bit naughty and don't eat properly.....back to Phase 1 to detox myself!
