Angry Started WW Today

Hello All,
I stated WW today. I must say that today has been easy but I am sure I will NOT be saying that in a few days. This is going to be hard for me BUT I know I have to do it if I am going to lose the 75 lbs I have put on in the past 15 years.
My struggle will be with the junk food, fast food, soft drinks and exercise but I have already started to work on those things.
I statred a part time job today which will get me out of the house and away from the junk food and off the couch, after work I can manage to walk 20 to 30 mins home. I went to the store today and brought diet sprite and WW frozen meals (only 4 points each) to have for my lunch after work. So I think I have my mind in the right direction.
I would love to have some support from others because I have no one else. Thanks,

Welcome fellow weight watcher...when I started I had about 60# to lose and I also have a huge sweet tooth, but I made it! I have lost 58.8#. Each day is a struggle, but the reward is worth it. No one can do this but YOU! Just make good choices where ever and whenever you can. I have fallen off weight watcher over the holidays and gained back 6#-I felt awful, but now I am back on the plan and eating better-I feel so much better. Keep with the program and do this for you!

Hi Susie! Congratulations on taking that first step. I think you'll like the WW program. I wanted to invite you to join the group I post with. Look under Miscellaneous Clubs (down near the bottom of the forums list), we are the CCRRMM (Courtly Challengers, Regal Reducers, and Merry Maintainers)...it's a wonderful group of women who would glady welcome you. We are also doing a Walking to New Orleans exercise challenge, you'll find that on the same forum.

Any group on any forum will welcome you, just find one you like and say hello! This board tends to be a bit slow, but is the place to post for specific WW info. Our resident expert, Kelly S is wonderful for sharing her knowledge.

I just joined WW (again) on Jan 2nd, and have 40-50 lbs to lose. I'll pop over here to chat with you, but check out our little group, too.
