ps.. do ya think that the fact that i didn't get my hike in this morning has anything to do with this? is it possible that i'm now so used to exercising that i actually miss it????
Certainly a possability Jiff, I too miss my exercise when I don't get it.
My plan when this happens to me is to get the SMALLEST possible container, ie bag of whatever. Sit down with nothing else and enjoy it....
I think if this is at all possible figure out what the craving is. Then have some. It will only get worse if you try to ignore it...On the other hand maybe a walk might kill the craving too. i would try that first.

right at this moment, i'm TRYING to write a proposal [but am having serious mental blocks about it] with a HUGE container of iced tea. and the cup is sweating. for some reason, there's a ladybug in my office, and it's drinking the droplets of water that are collecting on the coaster.
and THAT's how i'm keeping out of my colleague's pretzel container!!!!! at least for now.
