Default Weekly weigh-in 10/16-10/22

I didn't see the normal thread, so I thought I'd start one.

Down 1.8! I've lost 3 out of 4 weeks that I've been back! I am feeling very consistent in my weight loss efforts.

Onward and downward!

Have a good week!

Congrats!

I'm a little confused about the dates in the subject line, however.

Still holding steady at 149. I just hope that I can keep this up! I'm so worried about jumping back up that I'm finding it hard to relax about reaching goal.

I totally spaced out! I guess I wanted to go back to October!

Congratulations, we're going to finish 2003 strong!

Beverly, I'd love to hear more about your plan for maintenance. That's been on my mind a lot lately and I'd like to hear about what's working for others.

Sherry - You'll be in onederland soon, I'm sure! You're doing great (unlike me -- I've been pushing the scales in the opposite direction for a couple of weeks )

It's been a hellish roller coaster lately...my step siblings' grandmother passed away last week. We had funeral food **** at my mom and stepdad's house from Wednesday-Saturday night.

On Sunday afternoon when I got home, I jumped on the scale to checkout the damage...I almost cried. I was up 8.5 from my low of 234.4. Instead of pigging out and blowing the week, I was extra diligent, made sure I didn't go over on my points and drank plenty of water, did some exercising, and when I went to WW this morning, I was at 235.6.
