yogurt
1/2 c. oj
Magic Cocoa

total - 6

lunch

baked tortilla chips and salsa, 1 oz cheese
4 (!) apple newtons
1/2 c. oj

total - 9

coffee w. milk (1)

clam chowder (5)
turkey sandwich on whole wheat w/ light cream cheese,
salsa and lettuce (6)
Magic Cocoa (1)

Grand total 28
No exercise....Sunday's my day off!

hiya --

better day today, though i am a bit well, cranky. I can't wait for tuesday, I could use a day off.

breakfast:
cinnamon bread/peanut butter/honey 6
coffee

lunch:
enchilada piece 3/9
coffee 1/10

dinner:
shrimp 3/13
salad 0
tomatoes 0
dressing 2/15

just 2 pts bar 2/17

one of those yummy hazelnut ferrero-rochers 1/18

exercise: 40 min gym, elliptical, dog putter - 4 earned
abused:none, thankfully
water: not enough
vitamin: right now
stress level -- through the roof
