Angry Questions from a Newbie!

Hello everyone, I am new to the board. I have not started on South Beach yet, but I am seriously thinking about it. I've been on Weight Watcher's off and on for 2 years now, and I personally love the program. But I've been reading a lot about the South Beach Diet lately, and I'm seriously thinking about blending it in with the Weight Watchers program. I like the health benifits from the South Beach.

I have a few questions, is there anyone who is following both South Beach and Weight Watchers?? Also, I'm a big fan of chocolate, and can't imagine going without it. On weight watchers I eat the slim fast bars, and that satisfies my needs. But what am I allowed on SouthBeach.

Well that's just a few questions I had, hope someone can help me out here!
