I am new to these message boards, although I have been looking at the site for a while now. I am 21 and in college and I am trying to lose about 80 pounds. I don't have a set goal of when I would like to have it off by. I just know that I want it off. I am trying to exercise and eat right. I am looking for any suggestions, advice anyone has to give. I haven't been overweight for more than 3 years but its really effecting me. So hopefully I will find some good advice here that I might be able to use.

Wecome Stephanie!! The best advice I can give you is to exercise, exercise, exercise. Find some kind that you love and just do it! LOL, and don't be a stranger around here. I do so much better when I read and post though I tend to hide unless I'm doing good. Good luck to you!!
