Default Question about WW Points...

Is it hard or easy to follow?

Does one have to be a part of WW to use the Points system to help themselves lose weight?

Where can one find how many points foods are?

How many points does one allow themselves in a day?

And exactly what all is involved in using the Points system?

I LOVE the points system!
I joined in August and it was one of the best decisions I ever made If you cant afford the program and need to know points on food, go to Dotties website, it is under links here on 3 fat chicks. Also the amount of points you get is acording to the weight you are when you start , Hope that helps

How FlexPoints Works:

You are assigned a daily POINTSŪ Target based on your weight; Each week you have 35 FlexPoints to supplement your daily POINTS balance; Earn Activity POINTS and swap them into Food POINTS

Use FlexPoints to:

Eat the foods you love and still stay on track; Handle unexpected situations where your food choices are limited; Treat yourself occasionally during the week

Weight Watchers has all the information on their page to help you. It is best if you become a member either 1) on line, 2) at home (ordering the materials) or 3) going to meetings so you have all the tools at your disposal to do the program properly.

I find the WW points system very easy and adaptable to real life.
That's why it's working for me.
