How much water does everyone drink? Does anyone know how many fluid ounces are in quart or gallon of water....something I can actually measure. I could look it up online somewhere but I figured someone on here has to know. Any help is welcomed!!! Thank ya!

I try to drink water often as a general rule, but since SBD I drink about 80 oz. per day roughly.
I reuse a water bottle and that is how I can keep track each time I refill it.
I don't like coffee and tea without honey would be horrific so it's just water for me.

I try to drink at least 80 ounces of water a day, too. I heard somewhere that you should try to drink half your body weight in ounces, so if you weighed 200 lbs, you would drink 100 ounces of water. I don't know if it's necessary, but it seems to be a good habit for me because if I'm drinking water, I'm not drinking soda or coffee or juice. :-D
