Im back on track!!!!

Im new to this forum.....posted on prevention.com for awhile. I was on SBD for a couple weeks but was sick for awhile and it really threw me off.....Im better now and ready to get back on track.

Im 27, single mom of two little butt heads. I am really into exercise and walking and weight training though its been awhile since Ive done much of any of it.

I am hoping to lose about 8 pounds a month and reaching my goal of 142 by this time next year.

I am visiting a friend next August who lives in Ga and I am hoping to surprise her. Im not going to mention my weight loss and then see the look on her face. I should be priceless Im sure.
