I get motivated by the compliments I've been hearing lately, especially from my husband of course. But even people I don't know well have been saying the kindest things lately!
One thing I do when I'm lacking motivation is go back and re-read the weight-loss journal I keep. Mine's a paper journal, but re-reading any kind of log you've kept is helpful. I get reminded of how far I've come, and the fact that I NEVER want to go back there again!
