Default This week's goals

What are your goals just for this week?

Mine are pretty simple...

1/ exercise (mostly walking) every day this week.

2/ stop drinking regular soda at work. Work offers free coffee and soda all day!
Water only!

Monday - achieved goal
Tuesday - achieved goal
Wednesday - achieved goal
Thursday- achieved goal
Friday - did not achieve goal.. no exercise.. and had 1/2 soda at night - none at work.
Saturday


What do you want to achieve this week?

1. Do my laundry. They're starting to reproduce and I hear it whispering about a revolution.
2.Quit eating the halloween candy. Last night I had like 4 candy bars worth of "one little piece."
3.Write one short story that is not school related.
4.Do not yell at my boss (even if she's asking for it).
5.No snacking between meals.

My goals for this week are:

1. eat 5-10 fruits every day (It hardly leaves room for "bad" foods!)
2. drink water as my primary drink (only 1-2 diet sodas - that is HARD for me)
3. exercise a little everyday (even if I have to park far away from the mall!)
4. Practice my guitar everyday - so that eventually "Greensleeves" will sound less like "In da Gada of Eda"

1. Not go *crazy* when I make 2 batches of chocolate chip cookies tomorrow night. (1 batch for my dad to take hunting, 1 batch for our NHS blood drive so I can get some volunteer hours in) God help me.
2. Start watching my after-lunch-but-before-dinner-eating eating a lot closer.
3. Get all of my math hmwk done....

I'll probably think of more, but those are a good start!

ARGHHHH.....

well, i'd say, dough + cookies, I probably ate 5. (Which, is way down from the norm, TRUST ME!) So, I'm actually pretty happy. But..... here's the funny part. Every bite SUCKED. I was just like "I'm not hungry, I'm just eating this because they're chocolate chip cookies and I love them and I only allow myself to make them every few months so I might as well." But they totally sucked to me because I *saw* the eggs and butter go into them. Grrrrrr.

Not to mention, I was in such a hurry that I "scorched" about 9/10 of them. And the baking soda was old so they're all really flat and bendy. Damn it. I'm usually *SUCH* a good cook, too.

Everything that could possibly go wrong has been lately. I was really counting on those cookies to make me feel better. They didn't. (Surprise Surprise, huh?) I'm glad they gave me a hard time or I would've eating a dozen. Slowly but surely I am improving guys! -Apryl

This week is to:

Exercize everyday.

Stop eating my sons food (a mouthful here and there really does add up)

Stop making then eating dinner for two.
