Help!

I spent my aniversary weekend in Austria skiing with our ski club, and I ate anything and everything!
The fresh mountain air was wonderful, the weather beautiful...but now it's back to phase 1!


May God have mercy on my carbo laden body......:-)

Jocaro, I'm glad you had a wonderful weekend! Austria, huh? I love that area and tried to visit as often as possible when I was stationed in Germany. Oh my goodness...the pastries, the cheeses, the beers! It is no wonder you had a blow out!

And don't forget, skiing is GREAT exercise! Plus all the stomping around with those monstrous boots...I'll bet you did less damage than you think. And the real beauty of this WOE is that if you jump right back on the beach your body will forgive you!

Deprivation will lead to binging and binging to another way of life one that is NOT good.

Enjoy the slip and get back to the Beach.

Memories are a part of life that makes us happy.
If you had crabbed all the time about I can't etc your memories would be tarnished.

You did make some good choices and the others were just temporary.

Talk about coming back to the beach..

My DH and I are flying to the Canary Islands on the 25th of October for a two week beach R&R. It will also be my 40th birthday in that time.

I'll work phase 1 for the next two weeks, but plan to allow my fun when we land on the islands.
