Jo,

The Crunch Cardio salsa is fun-but I'm a klutz, and couldn't do all the steps. I know how to do salsa, cha-cha and mambo, but cannot get the hang of merengue. I just kept moving, and made up my own steps! The cool down is nice. I wish I could move my hips like these dancers-I have real hips, unlike these dancers, but I'm not the most graceful person!

Sunday: Nothing except walking in and out of church, I ended up sleeping most of the day.

Monday: 30 min walk around the campus.
