I would also love to have a copy of this. I have been all over ebay, etc looking for it. The 15-35 grams fo fat sounds right. 20 grams of fiber seems right on as well. I would still like to have something in hand to look at. I am a teacher----it's a paper thing!!!!

Elaine-- I, too, am a teacher....!

I remember clearly the 15-35 grams of fat a day and am thinking that the 20 grams of fibre is close. What I want it for is the fat and fibre listings of the foods. I could kick myself for throwing it out! I never throw thins out -- except when it matters!!

Still searching for help..........anyone????

The fat and fiber plan was limit totalfat grams to between 15 and 35 each day. Eat at least 20 grams of fiber. Men and Women should eat a minimum of 2 servings of dairy. Eat 5 servings at lest of fruit and veggies. Go easy on refined sugars and alcoholic beberages.
Hope this helps.

Default I do have the Fat & Fiber Plan..

but, I am planning on hanging on to it! I may choose to do this plan again sometime. You are talking about the little booklet that has a listing of foods and the grams of fat and fiber for each one? I thought maybe I could scan it for you and send it that way. I'm not sure that would work though, also there is about 20 or so pages in it. I'd be glad to help, any suggestions?

Default Oh, and also,

after looking through my old stuff I find I have 2 extra books, not counting the one I'm holding on to. I'd be glad to mail them to whoever wants them.

I would also love having either a book or copy and would be happy to pick up whatever cost there is. Well, short of a million that is!!!

Default Fat & Fiber

I also have a copy of the fat and fiber program. I have found some books that help me count on that program. It is the "The Complete Book of Food Counts" Arthur Corinne T. Netzer. It counts calories, carbs, protein, sodium, cholesterol, fat, fiber. I found it very easy to order books by the ISBN # the book I have is last year addition, but here is the ISBN # anyway 0440221102. I have also found a journal to write in at www.memoryminders.com. I love it.
