I REALLY enjoy Glenny's low fat cool ranch soy crisps. They have no saturated fat, 4.5 g protein, 1.5 g fiber, 1 g sugar in one serving (1/2 bag). Can any of you SBD veterans tell me if this is a good option for SBD phase II? They are SO good that I am hoping they are OK to snack on occasionally. I see maltodextrin
down towards the bottom of the ingredient list, but I'm hoping some of the other good ingredients make up for it.
