Slowly.... I've been really trying to focus (with a 17month old that's not too easy). For the past two weeks, I've lost a pound each week. As my old WW leader says - At least I'm directionally correct!
I'm going to keep trying, I have a long way to go...
I must be the amazing loser, or my scale is garbage (its brand new!) I lost 6 lbs between this post, having my morning water, and going to the gym. I dunno!
Unofficially, I was down two more this morning, but the munchkins had bagel yummys from the bagel shop on the counter today, and I had no control, ate two (they're a sweet bagel dough tied into a knot, then frosted with cream cheese frosting and cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top) They're so freaking yummy!

The battery died in my scale a few weeks back, and I decided I don't care what I weigh. I'm just doing measurements, and my stress level has dropped considerably now that I'm not obsessing anymore.
Unbelievable. I've been so afraid to weight for so long - maybe 6 weeks? Anyway, finally did this morning - AFTER breakfast and coffee.
194.5. Wow. Haven't gained but a couple of pounds since my lowest, and no gain at all since my last weigh in.
Very cool. I was afraid of much worse! So, onward and upward! (Downward, actually.) Can't stay the same forever. Now I've got to make some progress. . .
