Talking Hi everyone

Just thought I'd say hi, I'm from the Midlands and currently on a calorie controlled eating plan (well most of the time ). I had a total of 203lbs to drop. Now I have 141lbs to go.

3FatChicks has come a long way, I used to visit this sight before it had forums and such like. It looks very interesting now. Hope to speak to all soon.

Good luck on your health eating plans.

Hi Jennifer. The site has changed a lot, it has always had forums since I've been coming here, but they are constantly improving the layout and all the information. Must take a lot of time and hard work. thank you 3fatchicks,

I'm doing WW (most of the time) I've struggled, sorry maintained most of the summer but am hoping I'm on a downward trend again.

I started off at 231.5lbs and am now, 11 months later, down to 201.5lbs with no set goal weight in sight. Am trying to break it down into small chunks of half a stone instead of trying to lose the whole elephant in one go.

Join in some of the other threads and tell us some more about yourself, we are all dead nosy here

Hi Jennifer!

Wow! You've lost 62lb (if my maths is correct, I'm on my second glass of wine ). That's quite an achievement!

Welcome back and I hope to get to know you better soon.

Keep it Up!

Amanda xx
