7/8 cup water
1 tbsp Designer Whey, chocolate -- 1 scoop
1 1/2 tsp splenda
1 1/2 tsp Peanut Butter -- or any nut butter
2 cups crushed ice

- Whirl all together in a blender
-Pour into a tall glass, grab a straw and enjoy!!
-Carbs per serving: 5.3 and 19.9 grams protein

Designer whey is a brand name of a whey product.

Whey is a natural dairy protein that is derived from the cheese making process. I just made a pretty good modification of this because I did not have all of the ingrediants

instead of designer whey, I used 1 packet swiss miss sugar free hot cocoa

no splenda

I did not have half in half so I used ff cool whip, with some milk added to it. No water.

PB and ice as called for and blend.
