Talking Bye Bye 62 Pounds!!!
Woooooooooohoooooooooooooo!! I'm surprised everyone didn't hear me screaming and shouting this morning when I stepped on the scaley monster and it said 208! I have been stuck at blasted 213-214 for the last month and it finally moved!!! Only 9 more pounds and I will be in onederland!!! I'm so excited, can you tell???

I haven't been this skinny since I was a junior in high school and even then I wasn't as fit as I am now.. Can I just say again... Woooooooooooohoooooooooooo!

Congrats for breaking through the plateau and being on the verge of "onederland". Isn't it so motivating to finally see the change (for the better) on the scale? I was stuck on a plateau for almost 3 months and the longer it lasted the more frustrated I became - then I got angry and more determined than ever and vowed that no way was that scale going to get the better of me! Good for you! Keep it up (err, I mean keep it down - oh you know what I mean )

Go do something wondeful for yourself to celebrate. Breaking a plateau is worth at least a new top, a pair of shoes, or something really cool
