Not really --but sometimes I need that extra kick in the pants.
HI!! New here--and looking to drop 30 to 35 lbs. I'm at the persnickety age of 60 so got some challenges. I love to get out and bike or hike, but my problem is getting home from work... it's 6 PM.... and I REALLY shouldn't plop down in front of the TV and eat too much... but.. I do.
So I know what I need to do. I know how to do it... but I think this community will help me keep on track.
