Just found this forum recently, have lost about 35 pounds since April, when my car crapped out and a decided not to spend a fortune to repair it. I started to lose weight with all the walking I was doing. I liked this and made some more changes, such s cutting out most sugar and starting a strength training program. I think that I would like to lose another 35 pounds or so.
