Default No longer at “overweight” BMI!

Hi all,

Just wanted to share that after many weeks of dieting and gymming, I have finally squeaked under the “overweight” threshold!

Started at 165, now at 150! Huzzah!

Great job! I think that is very important for your health and not just the nubmer on the scale!

I hope I will join you there sometimes!

This is what i found in my fight against obesity. While dieting / exercising never tell anyone you know about it. No friends. No family. If you lose weight, don't mention it to anyone. If anyone says you have lost weight, change the subject. If anyone says you are looking good, say thanks and change the subject. Don't let anyone know your goal or your project or targets. Nothing. The first rule about fat club is not to talk about fat club.
