Newbie! Started IP 12/4/17
Hello!
I am new to both 3FC and IP.
I started on 12/4, with a goal of losing 30 lbs. I'm only into the 2nd week, but struggling as I dislike much of the food, and my "coach" is, to say the least, not helpful.
I have 2 young children, and am finding it difficult to find time to prep meals. On weekends, I find myself hangry around lunchtime. During the week, I'm at work, so it's not too bad. Any tips on surviving the weekends?
I'm also feeling discouraged as my jeans feel tight again today, but I haven't cheated. My coach is impossible to reach, and isn't very supportive when I do see her. Looking for any encouragement and stories of those that have been through this!
