I've tried loads of diets and always put the weight back on
so now I'm just cutting down on the things that make me fat and doing more exercise.....just signed up for a 10k run in January so I really do need to get my arse into gear coz at the moment I'm running with the extra weight of a sack of spuds on my back! no wonder it hurts lol....plus living in Singerpore I'm surrounded by very slim Asian people.....I feel like a hippo next to them.Just looking to make a few friends for support and have a bit of banter along the way.Cheers Caz x
