Is possible to lose 8 to 16 pounds in 2 weeks?
Well I'm in love food especially fatty juicy food.
Dieting is very hard especially when you want to keep eating what you love and using food as comfort.
My husband put me on about this Ketogenic Diet
Quick thing bout it ketogenic diet it will put your body into a state called ketosis. Ketosis turns your body into a super fat burning machine!
Not saying this diet is easy especially with my lifestyle. But it really really works. Just so excited i found a diet that finally could stick to and works for me.

If you're just beginning a diet, you might lose more lbs than normal just in water weight, but I think 8-10 lbs in 2 weeks would be tough. You have to cut/burn 3,500 calories to lose a lb. I know quite a few people on the Keto diet. Let us know how it goes for you!
