I'm so happy to have found this forum, and look forward to undertaking my latest (and hopefully final) weight loss battle with you guys!!

I'm also excited to learn more about some of the more successful weight loss programs, as well as those I should avoid like the plague!!!!

Menopause is now messing with my hormones and metabolism. There's got to be a way to get healthy. I hope I find it here!

Hiya, Ive also just came online here again to try and get some motivation. My hormones are seriously messing with my attempt at weight loss...I feel Im constantly up against it. I can be doing so good and the scales just dont budge aagghh oh and Im 51!!
