What would a mini goal be? How do I set one? How long do I give myself?

Okay. My mini goal is to lose 3 pounds. To be more physically active. To spend more time on my feet and less time on the couch. To say no to dessert. To say yes to more water.

I'm new to this forum. I had gastric bypass about 6 years and while I have maintained my 80 pound weight loss, I'm still 30 pounds from my goal weight. I'm happy to have found this forum. My mini goal is to go the gym 3 times next week, drink more water (biggie for me).

I made my mini goal this morning! I lost 3 pounds! My next mini goal is to lose 2 pounds.

Starting sBD phase 1 with NO SOY . Current weight is 130 -110. I am 4'10 in height.
my mini goal is to get tointo size 6 pants by 4-31. no bloating
my mini weight loss goal is 7 lbs in two weeks that is by 4-31 with glowing skin .

I have a mini goal of losing 11 pounds for a trip in May.

That's five weeks from now. Weekly goal is 2-3 lbs to get as close to 199 as possible.

I will be doing a lot of walking on the trip, and don't want to be tired and exhausted because of the extra weight.
