3/13: 196.2 (TOM). I was in SF and thought all the walking did me good. Maybe my 3 whopping beers were more damaging than I suspected....
3/26: 196, been a bit busy with a sick baby

I'm hoping to see some loss this month after two months in a stall.

A lot of work and $$ related stress this month, mainly having to leave the country for the job, then possibly not getting it because of how long my passport will take so I'm still looking for work, then paying a few hundred in federal taxes from last year's freelancing. Too much real life going on for me lately to be stressing about weight loss. What happens happens. I'm glad to be holding fairly steady despite it all. On the plus side my arms look toned as ever.

No loss, but I haven't been 143 since December, so at least I'm back at the starting point.

Hey guys. I am joining in again this month. I failed miserably in February. I am struggling with if weighing in daily is keeping me accountable or driving me crazy. I have done the same pattern for the last few mos and unfortunately have gotten nowhere so I am going to try something a little bit different. I am only weighing myself on Wednesday mornings. I have gained quite a bit of weight over the last week or so. I came down with a head cold and have been sucking back water, tea, powerade and cold meds, without much exercise so I know that I am retaining a ton of water. My ankles show it. lol So here goes

SW=237.3________43%
GW=229_________41%

3/1=237.3______43%
3/8=239.6______42.9% Not too upset considering I have't exercised at all but just taking cold meds, fluids and was 242 on Sunday
3/15 TOM=240.1______? % My scale has not been recording my bf lately. So I had 3 beers last night and ate some horrible preservative filled boxed pasta thingy that some guy made me. Im sure it had a ton of sodium.
3/22=236.1___42.9% I cheated on not weighing until only Wednesday so on Saturday I was 235.8
3/29=236.8

Goal day 3/31=236.6___42.5%

Good luck everyone! I haven't really made much gym time but the one day I took my 8 month old to the gym he had a nasty cold a few days later. So for now I'm just watching what I eat. I thankfully have a job where I average 3 to 6 miles a shift of walking. My hope is the baby will have a better immune system in a few months and I can finally take him without worrying that he's gonna catch some rare disease.

Hey hey,

Hope you don't mind if I jump in after an absence of...quite a while. Happily I didn't regain everything during that absence but I'd like to reach and hold at sub-250 by June. My goal this month is any loss, though. Best of luck to everyone!
