ive been Counting Calories and Sticking to 1200 or Less a Day and ive lost 10lbs since Feb 1st! i tried EVERYTHING! right before i started Counting Calories i was doing Low Carb/High Fat/High Protein and Low Carb... Bllllllgggggghhhhhhhh! i just couldnt do it!!! i was Gaining Every Single Day! but now... Im a Happy HAPPY Girl
i am a Senior Caregiver so i live a Very Sedentary Life... mostly sitting by my Client every day... i might take the Dog for a walk, but only 1 block... but i try to WALK every day!
