My only goal is to stay on plan. Total carbs of 25-30 per day (net 20ish). I can't guarantee how much weight it will actually make me lose, and I rarely lose 2 pounds in a week. I'd be happy with one.
My goal for this week is to tighten up on my calories and tracking my macros. I have been lazy with tracking what I am eating for a while now and I need to get back on top of it before it becomes an issue
My goal is to drink more water this week and give my morning workout all I got! If two pounds fell of the scale, my feelings wouldnt be hurt! Ha! Good luck to you ladies with yalls goals this week!
