When I first saw your post all I could think about was Chanel.... and if its a diet of buying a bunch of Chanel handbags then I can get on that!

In all seriousness though, I haven't heard of that diet before. I wish you luck though!

Is there is specific reason why you are trying to get down from what seems like a normal BMI? If you are unhappy with a particular part of your body, then excercising should be the best solution, rather than starving yourself on a low-calories diet.

Karl Lagerfeld is a hateful person who only appreciates waif thin women who look like clothes hangers. He's made ugly remarks about women who weigh more than the models he employs and I have boycotted all Chanel and Fendi.

At 124 you are probably petite already. Wanting to become stronger and taking on exercise challenges seems like a valuable experience but wanting to get down to 100lbs sounds more like eating disorder behavior. I don't think it's a good think even if Karl doesn't.

Dear, I don't mean to hurt you but what seems wrong is your attitude.

You most likely have no extra weight to lose and your body seems to think the same. You can kill yourself trying, you can work out your way to an eating disorder, or you can stop right now and learn to love the amazing body you already have.

As others have said, 120 at 5' 4" is considered by most people to be normal and thin. Isn't 100 pounds underweight at that height?

It is not all about calories. What does your 1300 calories consist of?

And have can you work 9-2:00 as well as 8:30 to 3:30 on the same day?

If you're that thin already, you don't want to do any extreme low calorie diets like the Karl Lagerfeld one or you'll mess up your metabolism. You can still lose 10 pounds or so but you should do it slowly and don't excessively exercise. Try eating a whole foods diet with lots of veggies and protein and stick to 1200 calories. Then exercise 1 hour a day and you should lose weight slowly but surely. It may only be 3 pounds a month, but you can get there. Don't forget to do some strength training and you'll look even better. You don't need shakes and lemonade either, just stick to real food.

3FC does not support extreme diets. I am closing this thread for that reason. Please take care of yourself.
